As a Compliance Manager at IAR you will play a central and strategic role in shaping and leading the companys compliance efforts. You will be responsible for planning leading and coordinating a wide range of compliance initiatives to mitigate risks and create effective processes that support the companys longterm goals.
You will ensure compliance in areas such as export controls and sanctions sustainability in line with CSRD and maintaining a responsible and secure supply chain. You will also drive the coordination of ISO certification projects and ensure that our quality management system and control documentation are maintained and continuously improved. Additionally you will be responsible for documenting processes and policies clearly to ensure easy access for all employees. You will also support the sales team by responding to compliancerelated inquiries from customers.
You will play a pivotal role in driving compliance projects and developing and implementing compliance frameworks that not only reduce risks but also streamline operations. We are looking for someone who can navigate the complexities of global compliance and is capable of procuring managing and coordinating external compliance resources globally with a focus on achieving high quality and costeffective results.

As a Compliance Manager you report to our Legal Counsel.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of Compliance Manager you are a person with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work. You understand the importance of explaining complex regulations in a clear and engaging way and you enjoy educating and supporting others in following compliance standards. Your communication skills make you a key person in building compliance awareness throughout the organization and your inspirational approach helps foster a strong and positive compliance culture.
Your structured work approach enables you to thrive in a broad role ensuring that important processes and documentation are of the highest quality. You work methodically are attentive to details as well as the bigger picture and drive your projects forward effectively.
