Job Description
Job Title: PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: Tallahassee FL Onsite Role
Duration: 612 Months Contract

The duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
Develop and manage resourceloaded and levelled projects;
Maintain project metrics in accordance with established standards;
Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with Program Management Office (PMO) standards and other documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with Chapter 60GG1 Florida
Administrative Code (F.A.C.);
Lead or assist in business requirement gathering sessions for Joint Application Development (JADs);
Work closely with customers stakeholders and IT software developers to document business requirements;
Required Qualifications
A bachelors or masters degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field is required. Alternatively four (4) years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for the educational requirement or on a yearforyear basis when applicable.
Possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP ) Certification;
Five (5) or more years managing successful largescale projects that include multiple diverse teams;
Five (5) or more years utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project Primavera Jira etc. to track and maintain projects;
Five (5) or more years developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules based on work breakdown structures;
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Agile or Scrumbased Project Management;
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certified;
Experience with state government projects;
Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG1 F.A.C.
