Resources typical working day: Plan out the day with the team
Process development
Working with the techs to make sure they have their dispatch and work orders
Overseeing technical staff
Running daily meetings
Maintenance and Operations supervision
Years of Experience needed: at least 5
Level of Education: H.S Diploma or GED
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office
Top Must have Skills: Mechanical/electrical familiarity
Industrial/commercial familiarity
Previous experience working in a central plant 5 mega watts
Top Nice to have Skills: CMS experience Building automation
