Job Description
Job Title: RN PACU
Location: Miami FL 33125
Duration: 1 year (options for 26 weeks or fulltime)
Start Date: March 2025
Shift Schedule: 8 / 10/ 12 hrs rotating day night and evening shifts to include weekdays weekends and holidays.
Oncall status is required for afterhours care
Qualification:
Education: BSN / ASN
License: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS ACLS
Experience: Shall have 3 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 2 years in the Specialty.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor postoperative patients levels of consciousness during recovery from anesthesia.
- Measuring and recording patients vital signs.
- Closely observing patients for signs of side effects of medication
- Treating pain nausea and other postoperative symptoms of anesthesia
- Updating charts patient files and medical records.
- Collaborating with the medical team on postoperative patient care and facilitating timely specialized interventions.
