We are seeking a Senior CRM Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive continuous improvements in our CRM processes. In this role you will collaborate closely with our sales teams to understand business needs design tailored solutions on our CRM platform and ensure successful implementation. You will play a key role in optimizing our customer relationship management tools and aligning them with the companys strategic objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional analysis (user stories) to generate the necessary solutions within the applicable domain(s) and document as required.
- Coordinate and implement software solutions specifically Microsoft Dynamics Sales.
- Study and discuss the functional analysis with the N1 and report on progress.
- Define the functional specifications of the solution in collaboration with the architecture team.
- Assist the architecture team and software engineers during the implementation stage of the product.
- Test the solution in an integrated environment following the Agile methodology and/or assist the customer in doing so.
- Assist/support the release management process.
- Report potential issues to functional analysts and propose optimal solutions for achieving the best results.
- Evaluate the impact of potential changes on software modules and report any problems.
- Report and share lessons learned and continue personal development through selflearning or information sessions.
Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance & impact analysis.
- Test the final solution as proposed to the end user.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Implement improvement actions and best practices in software development.
- Provide advice and expertise during the software solutions implementation and support.
- Create manuals for endusers.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a CRM Analyst with expertise in tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CE or Salesforce.
- Proven experience managing CRM Sales projects in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM integrations.
- Proficiency in CRM configurations (e.g. entity creation workflows dashboards).
- Familiarity with integrations with thirdparty systems (e.g. APIs ETL).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a solutiondriven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
