The Mission
As a Full Stack Developer your primary role will be to design develop and maintain modern applications and services while adhering to industry best practices. You will work across both backend and frontend domains leveraging cloud services and contributing to the technical growth of the organization. In addition you may have opportunities to collaborate with and guide other developers participate in architectural discussions and propose enhancements to the technical environment.
With your comprehensive knowledge of software development and ability to deliver optimal solutions you will play a critical role in the success of our projects. Your work will encompass not only handson development but also effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement highquality applications and services.
- Utilize industryleading methods and best practices in software development and architecture.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Explore and recommend new technologies and improvements based on the technical landscape.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and design processes.
- Optionally take on leadership responsibilities to mentor and guide other developers.
Tech Stack
- Core Development Skills: Proficiency in Angular or React for frontend development and expertise in backend technologies such as Python Node.js or C#.
- Additional Languages: Knowledge of TypeScript is a strong plus.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud services such as AWS GCP or Azure with a preference for those who have worked with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform AWS CDK or Azure Bicep.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database Experience: Proven ability to work with various databases effectively.
- Consulting Experience: Prior experience as a consultant is a plus but not mandatory.
Requirements
- 46 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in fullstack development.
- Experience working in cloudbased environments.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Linux environments is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Academic background in computer science systems science or related fields is desirable.
