BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST HealthCare
Mandatory Qualifications (MQ)
1.Three (3) years of FTE experience performing business systems analysis and providing strategies to improve business outcomes.
2.Three (3) years of FTE experience documenting business processes and analyzing how policy and regulations impact workflows producing recommendations strategies and schedules to enact changes.
3.Three (3) years of FTE experience documenting and translating data elements into actionable visualizations such as workflows and dashboards by utilizing tools such as Business Objects Excel MS Project and MS Teams.
4.Two (2) years of FTE experience designing workspaces and managing workload using business tools such as MS SharePoint Jira ServiceNow MS Excel MS Access Miro Hyland OnBase and other work management toolsets.
5.Possession of a bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science or Information Technology. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.
Desirable Qualifications (DQ)
Experience working on State and/or Federal Healthcare IT programs and/or projects.
Experience collaborating across large complex IT projects with a variety of stakeholders vendors and oversight agencies.
Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) and/or the CMS system certification requirements and processes.
Experience demonstrating effective communication in a large organization communicating effectively at varied levels from business and technical staff to the executive level.
