Job Description
Title : OPEN APPS SENIOR TEST LEAD
LocationPhoenix AZ (ONSITE)
Duration : Contract
Minimum 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in manual automation and performance testing
Thorough knowledge and experience in working with automation tools OpenText UFT Load Runner & Quality Center
Experience in managing crossfunctional testing team including functional manual automation and Performance testers.
Experience in planning designing and executing test automation strategies to ensure highquality software products.
Experience in using Junit JMeter Selenium TestNG Test Complete or Mockito.
Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle MySQL)
Design and execute test plans and test cases.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Ensure software meets or exceeds standards and requirements.
Manage and mentor the testing team.
Work with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Communicate progress to senior leadership and participate in technical discussions.
Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place.
Manage the defect log and ensure problems are resolved.
Proficiency in writing Sanity SIT regression performance and functional tests
Owns/drives/coordinates testing across multiple testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT) Performance and EndtoEnd
Develops entrance/exit criteria for each testing phase.
Provides requirements and guidance for test data and test environment needs including providing testing environment setup requirements and migration plans.
Coordinates team members in several functional units leads and coordinates all testing within the testing program.
