Job Description
Position: LPN / LVN (Nursing)
Location: Watertown NY 13601
Pay Rate: $38/hr
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Shift: 12hr Eve
Description / Comment :
- Long Term Care
- 60 MILE RADIUS RULE
- Shift: 11a11p
- OT after 48
- 13 weeks
- 13 years experience required
- Will take someone with SNF experience not just LTC
- NY license required
- BLS (AHA) required
- EMR: Point Click
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient health data
- Administer basic patient care (e.g. wound dressing injections medications)
- Assist with daily living activities for patients
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to healthcare team
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families
