Primary Responsibilities

• Advocate for business clients throughout the solution development lifecycle including initiation analysis development testing implementation and postimplementation phases.
• Conduct complex analysis to identify core business issues and map potential solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed groomed requirements to guide solution development.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to refine solution designs and ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to the requirements document.
• Resolve conflicts stemming from technical deviations from agreed requirements.
• Partner with the testing team to ensure that all issues are identified and resolved before rollout.
• Evaluate user interactions with the solution during implementation making modifications as necessary.
• Stay informed of industry best practices resources and trends.
• Potentially work across multiple business or technical areas.
• Mentor and assist junior staff as required.

Required Qualifications

• • At least Six (6) years of experience in business systems analysis
  • Experience of working in Agile mandatory
  • Proven Expertise on requirement gathering & story grooming
  • Prior experience of working on ServiceNow modules would be a plus
  • Technical background preferred

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Jira
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Business Analyst (BA) certification.
