Job Description
Location: Cameroon
Academic Level: Minimum Bac4/5 in business and corporate law;
- Advising and assisting the leadership and other entities of the Group on legal matters;
- Preparing reviewing and validating the legal aspects of contracts charters agreements and any unilateral or multilateral agreements;
- Alerting the groups leadership to legal risks associated with their activities and providing guidance;
- Handling legal cases and representing the group before administrative and judicial authorities;
- Assessing the merits and risks of initiating or continuing legal proceedings and if necessary managing disputes amicably;
- Conducting legal and regulatory monitoring; Forwarding all received correspondence to the hierarchy for guidance;
- Drafting Legal correspondances ;
- Representing the company before labor institutions legal representatives ministries and certain administrative departments;
- Conduct debt recover;
- Executing all tasks and directives from the Chief Executive Officer and hierarchy in the interest of the Group.
