Job Description
Blanchard Valley Urology Associates is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urology physician to join their group fulltime. Located in Central/NW Ohio with da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots and da Vinci Table Motion on site.
The BVHS urologists provide advanced innovative care to adults and pediatrics and they specialize in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The team uses stateoftheart diagnostic equipment and advanced treatment techniques robotassisted technology and many other laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures to manage all urological problems. Blanchard Valley Health System serves over an eightcounty area in Northwest Ohio and is a member of Mayo Clinic Care Network.
Job Description:

- Flexible office hours averaging between 2030 patients/day
- 1.52 OR days per week based on surgical volume
- Surgical cases at main hospital critical access hospital and surgery center
- 24hour inhouse hospitalist service available for ED admissions
- No more than 1:3 call very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
- Office procedures (cystos male/female vasectomy under local bladder and prostate biopsies stent removal PTNS CMG PNEs with Axonics Bulkamid and Botox injections)
- Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3 with two rigid scopes and two flexible Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound UroNav Fusion Biopsy Urodynamics UroLift Nitrous)
- Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
- Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
- Strong collegial subspecialty support
- EMR: Cerner
- Accepting residents new grads and experienced physicians
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Not accepting Locums providers
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: xx560000 to xx650000/year based on training and experience
