Job Description
Summary: Endocrinologist needed in Silverdale. MonFri. & 11 days of after hours & weekend clinic call per month needed. They do not take call from hospital/ER. Call is split between 3 M.D.s (no hospital call medication questions & hosp. docs calling for consults).
Start Date: Feb 2025 credentialing has confirmed they can make this work

ORIENTATION: We prefer providers to come in a day earlier to get oriented to clinic log into systems tour the building meet staff & providers
RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation xx162.50 Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly xx325 and below Per hour no OT
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular hourly rate. xx487.50 and below Per holiday hour no OT
Nightly Call xx750 and below Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
Holiday Nightly Call xx1125 and below Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
On Call (Daily) xx2400 and below Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate $3600 and below Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back $325 and below Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back xx487.50 and below Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Hourly Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday 7:304 .Thursday 7:3011:30
Clinic Call (after hours) 11 days per month (No hospital/ER call. Hosp. docs may call for consults. Medication questions) Shift begins when last pt. is finished (44:30 and ends following morning 7a). Weekends 7a7a.

Setting: outpatient clinic only
Duties: Endocrinology/Diabetes patients
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures:
Thyroid biopsies No
Patient Volume: 1015 patients per day
Telehealth accepted in addition to onside coverage Yes. Weekend call can be remote. Everything they get called for can be handled over the phone/remote. They never need to come in
Seeing new consults Or follow ups only New consults and Follow ups
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: MA/LPN
Reason for Coverage: Departure of previous provider
Dealbreakers: Providers interested in call or clinic only comfortable in fast paced environments or agreeable to the job description. If the provider is not agreeable to the job description do not present.
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: default 120 days clean background can most likely start in early Feb.
Credentialing with other facilities Only Endocrinology at St. Michael Medical
Requirement description : **MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED**
- Board Certified REQUIRED if Board Eligible(ABIM ONLY)
- Active WA license or IMLC(LOQ in hand/must upload during name clears) REQUIRED
- Completed Endocrinology Fellowship REQUIRED
- Malpractice Clean Preferred
- Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
- ACLS/BLS/DEA REQUIRED
