Job Description
Banner has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidate are willing to ACCEPT/work in. This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open/close quick!
This form needs to be 100% accurate and have all request noted in the highlights section.
- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved during the first week of the assignment.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
- If interested in any location please indlude what states (I.E. Any AZ Any CO Any state etc.)
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
- All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
- Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.
Requirement description :
- No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered please include a copy in submission
- Minimum 24 months of current CST experience REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
