Assignment Location: Hillcrest Campus MVNA 165 Tor Court Pittsfield MA
The Director Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership to all clinical staff and related services to assure efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations. The Director Clinical Services serves as a change agent to streamline services and promote excellence in care by providing staff with support mentoring coaching and supervision. The Director Clinical Services works under the direction of the Administrative Director BVNA and works collaboratively with the staff other leaders within the agency and the Community Health Division and throughout Berkshire Health Systems.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills in relating with all types of colleagues and customers in stressful situations.
- Current knowledge of all homecare regulatory requirements and demonstrated expertise in implementing quality systems to meet these regulations preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously on an executive level and to exercise independent judgment.

Requirement description :
- 5 years progressive and versatile nursing and management experience required
- Demonstrated experience in leadership problem solving team building budgeting and coaching.
- Knowledge of home care operations preferred.
- Experience in preparing monitoring and enforcing budgets and staffing patterns.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.
- Masters Degree in Nursing Health Administration or related field preferred.
- Valid Driver License required for this need/Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
- Acute care experience preferred
- Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NONNEGOTIABLE
