Shift Notes: 12hr Days 36hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

Patient population: PediatricGeriatric

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)

** Travelers must be available for Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day and New Years holidays if needed. RTO can not be approved for those since they require a holiday rotation and will need to schedule them where needed.

• Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
• Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
• Will establish a plan of care implement interventions and evaluate and revise the patients plan of care based on the patients progress
• Responsible for assisting supporting and educating patients

• 3 years of Med Surg experience Required
• ICU experience Strongly Preferred Those travelers with ICU experience will receive first consideration
• Travel experience Preferred
• Cerner experience is Highly preferred
• BSN Preferred
