Job Description
Position: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Start Date: 12/30/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Pittsfield MA 01201
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days7:00 AM 3:30 PM 8
Shift Notes: Days 7a3.30p 40hour guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday coverage is required if needed
OnCall Requirements: Oncall by rotation Required
COVID Vaccination: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures) or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing please include the travelers COVID vaccination card/or intent to fill out the exemption form with profile submission.
Travel Policy: will not consider any local travelers (who reside within 50 miles of the facility)

Submission Requirements- THREE YEARS (3) current CST experience REQUIRED
- NBSTSA REQUIRED (Equivalent Certs (NCCT) not accepted)
- Traveler must have their vehicle for this assignment.
