Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

OnCall Requirements: None

Unit Details:

• Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients
• # of Beds in unit: 16
• RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
• Patient Population: Adult Geriatric
• Dress code: any color scrubs
• Remote Tele Unit
• MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift

** THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION! MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE! Please note on submission to prevent any delays!

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** A permanent address must be included in the profile. The address must match the Drivers License/State ID. The address will be validated during the compliance process. Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments (Perm address must be included in profile):

• 3 years experience required
• Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights
• Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele MedTele Units Required
• Previous travel experience: strongly strongly encouraged
• Must have telemetry experience
• MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
• Neuro/stroke experience encouraged
• Please disclose any previous experience on the profile
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
• Clinicians MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns callouts etc... very patientoriented Unit

• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License ACLS BLS PERM ADDRESS Facility will not pend license/certs)
