Position: Physical Therapist(PT) Outpatient

Start Date: 12/30/2024

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Peterborough NH 03458

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days

Shift Notes: 4 or 5 days a week for a total of 40 hrs/week

Weekend Requirements: Occasional weekend for Inpatient coverage/Holiday coverage required if needed

OnCall Requirements: None

COVID19/FLU Requirement: na

Traveler Policy: will not consider any local traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility

EMR: McKesson

Patient ratios can vary but typically 1215 patients per shift.

Patient population: AdolescentGeriatric

**Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

• Minimum 2 years CURRENT PT experience Required NO NEW GRADS
• Outpatient experience Required
• Inpatient experience Preferred

• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications (NH license (or compact) BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)

• BLS (AHA)

• New Hampshire

• NH License preferred Compact state will also be considered
