Job Description
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Start Date: 1/6/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Peterborough NH 03458
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8
Shift Notes: 8 Hr Days MondayFriday 40 hr Guarantee
Weekend Requirements: No Weekends/ Holidays as needed
OnCall Requirements: No Call

Travel Policy: This facility will not consider any local traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility. PLEASE INCLUDE PERM ADDRESS TO AVOID ANY DELAYS.
** This need is for their Internal Medicine Clinic for Primary Care Services.
** PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR A 6WEEK ASSIGNMENT ONLY WITH THE POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND. PLEASE INDICATE ON SUBMISSION THEY WILL ACCEPT A 6WEEK ASSIGNMENT IF OFFERED.
** Requested time off during the course of this assignment cannot be approved since this is for a short assignment.
** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVELER IS COMFORTABLE DRIVING IN WINTER WEATER AND HAS OWN TRANSPORTATION BEFORE SUBMITTING AS THERE IS NO RIDE SHARE AVAILABLE IN THIS AREA
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation and delivering highquality care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping others and wants to contribute to a closeknit medical community.
Submission Requirements- Minimum 3 years of Medical Office experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous travel experience Preferred
- Can room Patients for MWV Physicals WCC
- Collet Lab specimens
- Experience working with Peds through Elders
- Proficient in taking vitals
- Experience in pointofcare testing utox strep pregnancy
- Immunizations
- Experience with Chart prep and entering orders
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with patients
- Ear irrigation
- Triage experience
- Experience with refills ER followup calls and Medication Administration
- Must have own transportation and be comfortable in winter weather as they do not have rideshare Required

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
- Certifications CMA and BLS Facility will not pend
