Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 10

Shift Notes: Hours 8a830p 3/12 hour shifts or 7306 4/10 hour shifts

Weekend Requirements: Weeknights oncall one night 23 weeks

OnCall Requirements: Oncall every 56th weekend

COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID Vaccine Required Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a casebycase basis.

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 35mile radius restriction)

Dress Code: HospitalProvided Scrubs

• Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
• OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates

A skilled Cardiovascular Technician should be able to perform a range of duties and responsibilities to support physicians and surgeons. They are primarily responsible for operating special imaging equipment to assess patients before during and after medical procedures about the heart and lungs

• 2 Years of Cath Lab experience Required
• Ortho General EndoVascular Urgo OB Experience Preferred

• A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
• Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit it would be in the travelers best interest to provide a writeup of what happened for the managers review.
• Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
• Fulltime employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
