Job Description
Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect for one of its clients in Plano TX / Phoenix AZ (Hybrid).
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with a focus on Core HR Benefits Payroll Learning Recruitment and other modules (4 years).
- 8 years of overall experience with HCM/HR solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and implementation methodologies.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Oracle HCM certifications.
- Experience with cloudbased deployments.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to HCM systems.
- Experience with Peoplesoft HR and Workforce Management solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of other emerging technologies like AI play for HCM space
Work Site: Phoenix AZ / Plano TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months then Fulltime
Type: Contract to Hire
Expected Start Date: Immediate
