Job Title: IT Staffing Sales Specialist / Business Development
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Staffing Specialist with a focus on Client Acquisition to join our growing team. This role requires a motivated individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients identify staffing needs and deliver customized staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition recruitment strategies and a deep understanding of staffing industry trends.
Required Skills:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client acquisition business development or sales in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing processes recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in IT staffing ERP hiring or niche skill staffing is a plus.
- Familiarity with industryspecific staffing tools and platforms.
Work Site: Dallas TX
