Are you a resultsdriven individual with a passion for sales and building lasting relationships Well we are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Inside Sales Representative to join this Polymer Manufacturer in Texas! The sales representative will be responsible for providing technical solutions to plastic manufacturers. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Be the trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person with a friendly professional touch.
- Accurately process orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer customized product recommendations and quotes based on customer requirements. Dive deep into the product line which includes various engineered thermoplastic resins and key materials for plastic manufacturing.
- Stay ahead of the curve and become an expert in our products to provide the best advice to clients.
- Partner closely with purchasing warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Work together to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions orders and followups in our systems. Use insights to continuously improve sales strategies and results.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and pricing to anticipate customer needs and spot new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Must have at least 2 years of sales experience ideally in plastics manufacturing or distribution industries. Prior experience selling polymers pellets additives pigments or masterbacthes is a plus!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detailoriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build lasting relationships and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook). CRM software experience is a plus!
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and a team player with a customerfirst mindset.
