Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting our HR processes with a special focus on talent acquisition. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about people and excited to contribute to a growing and dynamic company.
Tasks
Assist in the full recruitment process including posting job ads screening applications and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.Maintain and update employee records and ensure HR files are accurate.Respond to employee questions about HR policies benefits and procedures. Help organize training and development programs for employees.Prepare HR reports and track key metrics like recruitment success and employee turnover.Collaborate with the team to improve HR processes and ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools (e.g. HRIS or ATS).
- A proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships and supporting a team.
