Job Description
Hello All
We are in search of a Quality Systems Manager who is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. This role ensures compliance with ISO standards facilitates audits and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Primary Duties:

- Oversee the maintenance and administration of the ISO Document Control and compliance system.
- Perform audits according to ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and regulatory requirements across all shifts.
- Manage and maintain corrective and preventive action processes including verifications for customers and suppliers.
- Ensure timely followup and resolution of quality issues.
- Maintain the Quality Information Database and serve as a backup for the C/PAR Database.
- Manage and update Customer SelfAssessments scorecards claims and regulation compliance.
- Facilitate and manage activities for the Management Review Committee to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes quality and overall system performance.
- Ensure adherence to all safety rules policies and regulatory requirements.
- Document findings corrective actions and process improvements accurately.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support quality and organizational goals.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills with the ability to plan work and conduct effective meetings.
- Ability to create tables queries and forms in a database environment.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards including ISO 9000 and/or ISO 17025.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English for all businessrelated tasks.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in Quality Systems and/or Process Auditing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must hold a current ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate.
