Requirement details:
Role: Sr. Cloud Automation Engineer ORAN (Open RAN)
Location: Denver CO (Onsite)
Experience: 10 Years
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee AWSbased cloud resources for Open RAN deployments.
- Design and implement Open RAN architecture with seamless cloud integration.
- Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters for highperforming Open RAN workloads.
- Automate cloud and Open RAN deployment using tools like Airflow Ansible and Terraform.
- Implement monitoring and automated incident response for minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain technical documentation collaborating across teams to drive innovation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS or related cloud technologies with a focus on automation and management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good understanding of Open RAN architecture including RAN CU and DU deployments.
- Extensive handson experience managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying microservices.
- Proficient in networking concepts relevant to Kubernetes and Open RAN (e.g. ingress controllers service meshes).
- Strong problemsolving skills with a collaborative approach to team challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes tools (Helm Prometheus) for managing and automating operations.
