Job Title : Switch Abstraction Interface Software Engineer Networking & Cloud Solutions

Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in C and Python for software development and design.
- Experience with debugging tools like GDB PDB and similar utilities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies.
- Experience working with cloud data center or edge networking products.
- Handson experience with SAI Sonic or other network operating systems.
- Experience writing and testing software for highperforming and scalable networking products.
- Familiarity with hardware and network devices such as switches and routers.
- Experience with network protocols SDN (Software Defined Networking) and NFV (Network Function Virtualization).
- Develop and maintain clean efficient and easytodebug code for SAI features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SAI features.
- Participate in customer debug sessions to identify and fix issues.
- Collaborate with SDK and ASIC teams to ensure compatibility and smooth integration with underlying hardware.
- Attend opensource SAI community meetings and review proposed changes ensuring compatibility with Cisco platforms.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAIrelated technologies.
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
