Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Experience: Minimum 8 years broad Information Technology experience in:
1. Working with Project and Program Management Systems Design and Delivery Quality Assurance Production Support and Infrastructure
2. ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management Certified and ServiceNow Admin certified. Understands and has experience with ServiceNow ITIL framework.
3. Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog Change/Incident/Problem Management Asset Management PPM Discovery Knowledge CMDB
4. Experience in cloud environment such as AWS/Azure. Certification in AWS and Azure is preferred.
5. Experience with integration to third party tools via REST API OOB ServiceNow Connectors.
6. Design develop and deploy technical ServiceNow components such as: business rules client scripts UI policies and actions UI pages and macros script includes catalog items workflows web services reports.
7. Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: HTML 5 CSS3 JavaScript JavaScript API Client and Serverside Scripting ServiceNow APIs Web Services.
8. Proficiency with HTML JavaScriptAngular JS XML AJAX Jelly CSS SOAP REST
9. Demonstrated experience with applications servers development tools build tools and configuration management practices.
10. Experience in working with database (utilizing any of the RDBMS like Oracle DB2 MySQL or SQL Server) and involvement in data modelling and design of database.
11. Experience in SQL and performance tuning of the same.
12. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively express complex technical concepts
13. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced team environment
15. Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills
16. Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology and procedures
17. Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs conferring with business line leaders documenting and making verbal and written presentations.
Mandatory Skillset:
ITSM CSDM Integrations ITOM CMDB Asset Management Experience SQL
Additionally good experience in ServiceNow Scripting and Portal
