Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to understand the relationships between game elements player engagement and marketing strategies using statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain effective reliable Looker dashboards to track key gameplay metrics and support datadriven decisions.
- Event Design & Data Structuring: Design analytic events by translating ingame features into optimized data structures that support analysis and reporting needs.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Collaborate with Product teams and development partners to design and execute A/B testing plans uncovering complex interactions between game elements.
- Crossfunctional Communication: Regularly share insights and findings with development management and data science teams to drive strategy and decisionmaking.
- DataDriven Optimization: Identify growth opportunities and performance optimizations through indepth data analysis.
- Actionable Recommendations: Provide datadriven recommendations to shape game features improve the game economy and boost player engagement and retention.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or related disciplines).
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis with a proven ability to drive business outcomes through datadriven insights.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of databases and proficiency in writing SQL queries on platforms like Hive Snowflake and Presto.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong conceptual thinking combined with a quantitative mindset enabling effective problemsolving and decisionmaking.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated business judgment leadership and integrity. You should be a proactive decisionmaker who can balance a healthy aggressive approach with responsibility.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Looker and Excel with the ability to create compelling data visualizations.
