Job Summary:
Responsible for driving business (Secondary in GT & Offtake in MT) with team of instore
Promoters assigned in General Trade and Modern Trade Stores
Responsible for coaching and developing promoters by conducing classroom trainings in a
planned frequency Qtr on Qtr basis
Responsible for driving business (reporting MSL gaps) hygiene (Inventory) & Visibility by
championing Merchandiser who are assigned for General Trade & Modern Trade business
Overall the responsibility will be of end to end management of Promoters
( Supervisors) & Merchandisers
