JOB SUMMARY
Develops and executes sales plans coordinating direct sales distributor and sales team. General
Field Sales work includes facetoface and remote selling to both new and existing customers including. Selling
directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels. Assessing customer
needs and suggesting appropriate products services and/or solutions. Developing and delivering sales bids
presentations and proposals and conducting product demonstrations. Identifying and contacting prospective
customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business Incumbents matching to this
specialization are compensated based on the achievement of sales targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Develops accountbyaccount strategies based on regional sales plan in order to ensure ability to supply
the highest level of service support to the customer base and to achieve specific sales / share objectives
Builds strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals hospital managements and industry KOLs.
Implements business stratergy into plans targets forecastsbusiness reviews on a monthly & Quaterly
basis and overall business efficiency.
Achieves Sales plan and profitability objectives for the region.
Establishes a monitoring system to ensure compliance with the sales plan on volume price and value
objectives for products.
Plans and executes relevant training workshops symposia conferences etc. together with the marketing
and service teams.
Submits the monthly quarterly and annual forecasts in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and
exercises financial controls when necessary.
Continually researches & updates the knowledge of our product portfolio and product features as well as
the understanding of the business and the market complexities in which we operate.
Prepares for and attends tenders. Expected to be present physically at the tender opening when
required.
Communicate with business associates to get all end user information (stock sales price etc.).
Support the organization to conduct conferences and events.
Achieves high level of customer satisfaction through management of customer and business associate
relationships and providing timely sales support.
Must be the gatekeeper for the accounts under own responsibility
Backing up for team members as and when necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelors degree in sscience is required. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 7 year of experience in sales function
Understands the market in the area including customer/business issues alliances trends and competitive issues.
