Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance or a related field is a plus.
- An Active Texas Real Estate License is preferred.
- Expert in raw land acquisitions for New Housing Development with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong real estate analytical skills and proficiency in real estate due diligence.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact and work positively with our team of experts.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Outlook Smartsheets Teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and persist in pursuing property daily.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset capable of identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to fruition.
- Knowledge of land use regulations zoning ordinances utilities and real estate laws.
- Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
