Job Description
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite and field role for a Field Service Technician at Big Joe Lift Trucks Inc. in Carson CA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on site at a customers location on lift trucks and pallet jacks. They will also conduct inspections ensure equipment safety and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training
