Job Title: Database administrator

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement administer manage and monitor Oracle databases in both production and nonproduction environments while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for enterprise applications.
- Automate database processes and align them with Enterprise CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins or similar automation platforms.
- Utilize handson experience with Oracle APEX development to build and enhance databasedriven applications.
- Lead large complex initiatives to design and implement performance tuning improvements. Collaborate with developers to optimize queries and advise on tuning strategies.
- Analyze and optimize SQL performance using tools such as Explain Plan and recommend improvements for better execution plans.
- Support crossfunctional development teams by identifying data structures relationships and constraints to optimize application performance.
- Leverage indepth knowledge of Oracle internal views builtin functions and architecture for data analysis and query optimization. Perform tasks such as tablespace consolidation DBMS reorganization partition analysis and index analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues in Oracle 11g/19c environments running on Solaris/Linux systems.
- Monitor and finetune SQL and PL/SQL queries for optimal performance using Oraclenative tools like Oracle SQL Developer.
- Use data modeling techniques and tools like Erwin to design star schema models and other database structures.
- Develop tools and scripts using SQL PL/SQL and Linux shell scripting to support database administration in test and development environments.
- Apply best practices for creating and managing DDL/DML SQL and shell scripts.
- Collaborate on largescale development projects using Agile methodology and contribute to iterative software delivery.
Qualifications: - Experience in Oracle database administration and development.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Handson experience with database automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Oracle APEX development.
- Expertise in performance tuning query optimization and using Explain Plan.
- Experience with Oracle internal views partitioning indexing and DBMS reorganization techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Oracle environments (11g/19c) on Solaris/Linux platforms.
- Proficient in using Oracle SQL Developer and Erwin Modeling Tool for database design and optimization.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology in large development projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with other automation tools and modern development practices.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and advanced data modeling techniques.
- Exposure to cloud database solutions or migrations.
