Job Description

Position Overview:
The Masker plays a crucial support role in the manufacturing process by preparing and managing parts and tools for surface treatments. This includes loading/unloading various tooling sorting and cleaning parts and ensuring all components meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload tooling and parts onto racks or fixtures for processing.
  • Mask specific areas of components to protect from coatings or treatments.
  • Clean and prepare parts using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Sort and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or aerospace industries preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
