Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various environments ensuring all areas are tidy safe and welcoming for clients and staff. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas including dusting sweeping mopping and vacuuming.
- Ensure that restrooms are clean and wellstocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of waste materials following health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Skills
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all users of the facilities.
- Ability to drive may be beneficial for roles requiring travel between multiple sites.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
- Enhanced DBS is required this will be provided by the company.
