We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team based out of our office in Byfleet (KT14 7LF). This position is a 3 month fixed term contract.
- Monday to Friday
- 8am 4pm
- 14.40 per hour
- Hybrid working (3 days remote per week).
- Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Data Cleansing Reporting and Data Manipulation
- Design and email a questionnaire to collate missing employee information
- Input responses into MS Excel
- Data entry of individual data responses onto HR system (Templa CMS)
- Collating requested data for 3000 staff via line managers
- Chasing requested data from staff and line managers
- Validate and input responses accurately and efficiently
- Cleanse database ensuring consistency and accuracy of data
Experience
- IT literate with demonstrable experience of working with systems including CMS/databases
- Intermediate MS Excel (sort data/ filters create reports ability to sum information for analysis)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
