Job Description
Position: Retort Operator
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary: upto 5 lpa
Location: Shimla Himachal Pradesh
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience as a Retort Operator in the food processing industry.
Thorough knowledge of retort machine operations sterilization processes and maintenance.
Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP FSSAI) and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production protocols.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
