Responsibilities:
Work closely with MDCPS resources to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications
Define business outcomes for case management use cases
Develop high quality technical documentation identifying key workflows use cases user stories and functional specifications
Publish step by step process instructions to achieve business objectives
Define data requirements associated with clinical use cases
Review and edit technical content for accuracy clarity and consistency ensuring it aligns with system functionalities and user needs.
Organize and structure documentation in a way that is easy to understand and navigate.
Produce clear userfriendly content that is accessible to a diverse audience including end users system administrators and developers.
Provide feedback on the CMS from a user perspective to help improve the usability of the system
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
Experience in analyzing documenting and implementing software solutions in a technical environment (5 Years)
Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is preferred. (3 Years)
Solid understanding of databases APIs and integration concepts (5 Years)
Experience with cloud technologies SaaS solutions and data analysis. (3 Year)
Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. (5 Years)
Effective communication organizational and timemanagement skills.
Detailoriented with a focus on producing highquality deliverables.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
Specific experience in case management with Child Welfare domains.
Hosted web application testing and implementation experience within the Human Services sector (ie Social Services Crisis/Emergency Services)
