Job Description

Hiring for German Language C1 Certified in Jaipur location in the leads MNC.

Job Summary

Were looking for a Germanspeaking Customer Success Associate to provide topnotch support to our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships resolving customer issues and identifying opportunities to upsell and crosssell our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat to Germanspeaking customers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure longterm satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell our products to customers.
5. Collaborate with internal teams including sales and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

Requirements

1. Fluent in German language C1 Certified (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
2. 12 years of experience in customer success account management or a related field.
3. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.
5. Bachelors degree in any discipline.
