The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Zohos suite of products to potential customers via phone calls assisting them in identifying the best solutions for their business needs. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for technology and sales looking to start a career in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers from leads provided by the company to promote and sell Zohos range of products (CRM project management tools email marketing finance solutions etc.).
Product Knowledge: Gain a strong understanding of Zoho s diverse product suite to effectively communicate the benefits of each product and recommend suitable solutions.
Customer Needs Analysis: Identify and understand customer needs pain points and business requirements through meaningful conversations.
Product Presentation: Explain and demonstrate how Zoho products can address the customer s business challenges and improve efficiency.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by persuading prospects about the value of Zoho products effectively closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
FollowUps: Maintain regular followup calls with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and customers in Zoho CRM.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings
