Front End Developer
Exciting open role for our client in the insurance industry! They are seeking a seniorlevel frontend developer to join a highimpact team focused on Contact Centre Innovation and Engineering Practices. In this role you will deliver cuttingedge digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other advanced technologies. You ll collaborate with global stakeholders drive innovation through GenAI and cloudbased solutions and help transform user interfaces for enhanced functionality and engagement.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $65 to $75 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $78 to $88 per hour.
6month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the design development and rollout of GenAI innovations and cloud capabilities including Amazon Connect and other solutions to enhance contact center operations.
Collaborate with system designers business analysts application analysts and testing specialists to deliver highquality solutions.
Participate in key review processes such as Business Requirements Test Plans and Design Reviews to provide technical insights and ensure robust deliverables.
Suggest and implement improvements to existing codebases to elevate the user interface experience.
Research and pilot GenAI technologies within Amazon Connect and related call center technologies.
Work with crossfunctional teams to implement key processes in software delivery cloud GenAI and DevOps practices.
What you will need to succeed:
7 to 10 years of professional frontend development experience.
Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6 HTML CSS/SCSS and XML/JSON.
Strong understanding of frameworks like Bootstrap or similar.
Experience with web accessibility guidelines tools and assistive technologies.
Expertise in responsive web design and testing across multiple browsers devices and platforms.
Experience building singlepage applications (SPAs).
Familiarity with developer tools and debugging techniques.
Exposure to web development stacks including AXIOS React.js React Context and Node.js is an advantage.
Knowledge of design systems like Storybook.js is an asset.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of Git Bitbucket and SourceTree.
