Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a prestigious and wellknown hotel chain in the hospitality industry. Our client is seeking a dynamic and wellpresented Front Desk Ambassador / Host/Hostess to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills a strong commitment to guest service and a passion for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests. The successful candidate will embody professionalism and hospitality delivering exceptional service in a fastpaced luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional front desk services including checkin and checkout procedures guest inquiries and assistance with special requests.
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage guest reservations room assignments and accommodate special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and provide a seamless service experience.
- Maintain an impeccable level of presentation and cleanliness at the front desk area.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Represent the hotel s brand and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customerfacing role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Presentation: Wellgroomed professional appearance and excellent personal presentation.
- Work Ethic: A strong commitment to providing a high level of service with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Visa Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to work in China. This includes holding a Bachelors degree a clear noncriminal record and at least two years of verifiable work experience after graduation prior to arriving in China.
