Job Description
This is a remote position.
This is a remote position and for Junior Profile.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive with 11.5 years of experience to assist in email marketing lead generation and client outreach within the staff augmentation domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create schedule and execute email campaigns targeting potential clients.
- Maintain and update email databases ensuring data accuracy.
- Track email campaign performance and report results for improvement.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Assist in prospecting activities to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Support outbound calling efforts to connect with prospects and generate interest in services.
- Handle followups with leads to nurture and convert them into potential clients.
- Work closely with the team to promote staff augmentation services to domestic and international clients.
- Collaborate with upper management and senior team members to align strategies and support sales needs as and when required.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations proposals and client communication materials.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as required.
Requirements
- 1 1.5 years of experience in email marketing lead generation or a related role.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn CRM tools and email marketing tools. (Must have)
- Proactive selfmotivated and detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior team members and adapt to varying sales needs.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a fastpaced business environment.
NOTE: Candidates with 1 to 1.5 years experience are encouraged to apply. This is a Junior level position requiring strong attention work ethic and the ability to work in collaboration. Must have a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection. Permanent Work from home opportunity.
