We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Software Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is mainly responsible for leading the software engineering team and overseeing the design development and deployment of scalable highquality software solutions. This role involves strategic planning team leadership and technical expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence. The individual will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the alignment of engineering goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inspire and manage a team of 30 software engineers and QA engineers across different tech stacks.
  
• Establish best practices for development process code quality security and team productivity.
  
• Plan recruit and retain top engineering talents conduct 121 meetings identify training needs. motivate and performance managing the team.
  
  2. Platform Strategic Planning and Implementation
• Define and drive the software strategy to meet the product goals and implementation timelines
  
• Keep abreast of software development security and QA trends and practices to suggest and adopt new technologies
  
• Collaborate with the executive leadership to translate product roadmaps into clear development strategies prioritise technical initiatives and resource allocation.
  
  3. Quality Assurance and Delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Product Owner Management team and Infrastructure Head to ensure highquality products are delivered on time align with product roadmaps as well as business needs.
  
• Design implement and oversee best practices for AIdriven platform by defining and implementing the QA strategy through automated testing and code reviews.
  
• Select and promote technology usage to improve code quality security and productivity.
  
• Ensure adherence to software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc...) and industry standards.
  

Requirements

• Ph.D or Master s Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver successful software projects.
  
• Extensive experience with AI/Machine Learning Fundamentals along with emerging trends.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge in SaaS AiaaS including software architecture design patterns and system integration.
  
• Proficiency in cloud services like GCP AWS Azure and DevOps Practices.
  
• High familiarity with CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  
• Proficient understanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  
• Proficient understanding of GIT for versioning.
  
• Strong leadership team management abilities problemsolving and optimization skills.
  
• Startup Spirit: Selfmotivated comfortable in a dynamic evolving environment.
  
• Good command of spoken & written English.
  
• A fast learner and able to work independently.
