Role Overview:
We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta TikTok and additional platforms. The ideal candidate is detailoriented skilled in performance analysis and experienced in campaign execution with a focus on ecommerce. You will play a critical role in ensuring highquality campaign management performance reporting and creative optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Set up and build campaigns ad sets and ads across Meta TikTok and other social platforms.
- Monitor pacing and performance making datadriven optimizations to ensure efficiency.
- QA ad copy spelling grammar and UTM parameters for accuracy and consistency.
- Adhere to platform best practices for campaign structure and targeting.
- Pause underperforming ads and implement optimization strategies as needed.
- Troubleshoot pixel issues to ensure proper tracking and attribution.
Performance Reporting:
- Generate weekly performance reports for creative and campaign metrics.
- Visualize data effectively building charts and graphs to highlight key insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign results and trends.
- Summarize completed action items and share performance updates with stakeholders.
Creative & Audience Development:
- Collaborate on audience creation and segmentation strategies.
- Conduct initial copywriting for ads or QA existing copy for consistency and effectiveness.
- Partner with the creative team to ensure alignment on ad assets and campaign goals.
Technical Execution:
- Build accurate UTMs to track campaign and ad performance.
- Troubleshoot tracking attribution and platformrelated issues as required.
- Use tools like Asana Slack and GSuite for project management and internal communication.
Platforms & Tools:
- Required: Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager Asana Slack GSuite
- Preferred: X (Twitter) Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns particularly on Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience working in ecommerce with an understanding of performance marketing KPIs.
- Strong skills in campaign reporting pacing and performance analysis.
- Detailoriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in campaign setup UTMs and copy.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting visual data representations (charts graphs etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical tracking and pixel issues.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and communication tools like Slack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements

- Background in ecommerce with proven results in driving online sales.
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns particularly on Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
