CUSTOMER is looking for Business Analysts who will lead the requirements work and guide other Requirements Analysts. You will mentor fellow Business Analysts and Requirements Analysts throughout the assignment and also educate Operations staff in the field of Requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the requirements work is wellstructured and aligns with the needs of the initiative.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders including Chief Product Owners Product Owners Architects Tech Leads Project Managers and Managers to gather and analyze business needs translating them into functional specifications and system requirements. If necessary you will also write technical requirements such as protocol specifications.
You will take charge of coordinating and driving refinement work and you will communicate with stakeholders at all levels from business and operation experts to Product Management architects development teams QA and subject matter experts to define requirements and scope. Additionally you will manage requirements throughout the entire product life cycle.
Skills/Experience needed
Requirements:
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating expertise in the field.
Experience working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects thriving in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across various areas.
A technical background (technical education and/or experience working as a developer or tester) ensuring you can understand and communicate technical concepts.
Strong problemsolving skills with a structured approach and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines.

Customer is a financial institute where confidence is of great importance. A high ethical standard is an integrated part and for that reason customer has specific consultant requirements regarding security.
All staff provided by an external company to the customer shall be in line with the following screening before they can start:
Confirm identification Verify the consultant s identity by a valid ID
Confirm education Verify the highest level of education on the consultant s CV
Confirm previous employments At least two references from previous employers must be contacted personally
Check of financial background Verify the consultant s financial background by a credit register check UC
Business engagement Check for possible consultant s business engagements and eventual previous liquidations
Check of criminal record The consultant must order and present his /her criminal record
Benefits
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours.
