Design and drafting of H.V.A.C systems plumbing and drainage in AutoCAD and Revit; Assist Project Managers to meet clients deliverables; Coordinate with the design team. MultiFamily experience preferred.
Requirements
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit Skills
- Heating and cooling load calculations using HAP tools or similar
- Ability to size mechanical systems and select equipment
- Ability to review interpret and apply building codes in different jurisdictions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Thrive in a fastpaced working environment
- Ability to identify potential risks and report them to the PMs
- Mixed Use MultiFamily experience would be an asset
- 4 7 years working experience in the building industry with extensive Revit and AutoCAD experience
- A Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or other related fields
