You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Skill Immigration Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication and scheduling between clients and skilled immigration advisors. This role will focus on contacting clients arranging consultations and supporting immigration advisors by ensuring that all necessary appointments and documentation are prepared in advance. The coordinator will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth immigration advisory process.
Key Responsibilities:
o Contact clients & schedule consultations with immigration advisors based on client needs and availability.
o Engage potential clients answer basic questions about immigration services.
o Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking skilled immigration advice.
o Assist clients in preparing for their meetings with immigration advisors by providing details on necessary documents timelines and expectations.
o Relay clientspecific information to advisors and ensure that the advisors are well prepared for each meeting.
o Maintain open communication between clients and advisors to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
o Provide a high level of customer service addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.
o Follow up with clients postappointment to ensure they have the information and support needed for the next steps.
Education
Education: A bachelor s degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field Experience: o 0-1 year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service, or cold calling) o Previous experience in the immigration is a plus but not required.
